Network Marketing is more than a career, it can be that vehicle to get you from point A to point B.

Everyday I am on a few social media sites and there is never a time that I do not see an ad about joining a business, learn how to fire your boss, or make a million dollars from home.  Not everyone is interested in working network marketing full-time.  It seems like the messages are not getting to the people that really need to hear it.

Today, I want to talk to the people that love their job, but are having a few financial difficulties.  Maybe you can relate to this story.

A hard working, single mother of three absolutely loves her job as a Nurse.  She works 50 hours a week, commutes 2 hours a day, and still has to care for her children on her own.  She wants to open her own Staffing Agency, but that takes money she does not have right now and saving is hard.

The problem is that she has more month than money.  She loves her children and wants to give them everything she never had as a child.  Recently, she has been unable to do it because she has had to cut back since prices on food, gas, and utilities have risen.

Summer is around the corner, the kids will be out of school and she wants to take them on vacation.  She feels bad about not having enough money to take them where they want to go.   She starts thinking about getting a part time job or working overtime.  Why would she do that when she is already working 50 hours and she wants to spend time with her kids during the summer?  That will not work.

A dear friend of hers is hearing her pain and decides she can help her.  She tells her friend that she has an opportunity that will help you make the money you need for the summer and save for your agency.  Once you get out of it what you need, there is no obligation to continue the relationship.

What did her friend just do for her?  The nurse now has a solution to her financial needs with no stress to embark on a new career by using network marketing as a vehicle to get her from point A to B.  There is nothing that says you have to quit your job to be a network marketer.  The idea is that if you choose to make network marketing a career it can eventually replace your current JOB if you desire to do that.

Please, do not be afraid to to keep your options open.  There is always help out of your situation if you choose to accept it.

A human being who has not yet brought out his true potential is similar to gold in the garbage. Every one of you is unique in its creation. God created you totally different from your neighbor. Consider this, nobody can look exactly like you, nobody can have the exact same features as you and nobody can have the same babies as you. So you possess something unique, which nobody else on the planet does. You have talents and desires deep inside you that nobody else does. This special gift is God-given and it waits to be expressed and revealed to the whole world. But you have to let it. And that’s the biggest problem. You don’t know how.

You might be where you are today, or your performance is what it is today because of all the information you have collected in the years leading up to it. You might be struggling financially, sulking in a bad relationship, under performing at work or bombing in your home business because of the influences you may have had in the past. Say you are driving from London to Paris and you get lost halfway through. And you happen to pull into a gas station and ask for directions to the attendant. He guides you as per his best judgment only for you to find out after 2 more hours that you are even farther away for the destination. Now, did you want to be in that place? Of course, not! It’s just that you happened to listen to the wrong directions. Similarly, where you are today is because of what directions were given to you in the past. But if you can get the right directions today, you will get to the right destination tomorrow. Jim Rohn puts it across nicely, “If someone is going down the wrong road, he doesn’t need motivation to speed him up. What he needs is education to turn him around.” That sums it up.

Les Brown once said something very unique. He said, “The two most important days of your life are, first; the day you were born, and second, the day you know the reason why you were born.” Every human has a creative force within him that wants to stake its existence on the planet, but it’s up to the person to discover what it is. It’s like God looking down at us and smiling, “Its for me to know and for YOU to find out”. But once you find out what it is you were born for; what it is that you possess inside of you; you will be like a cheetah unleashed into the wild. You will gather speed like you’ve never known. You will not stop until you have fulfilled you purpose. Now that’s what greatness is all about.

The challenge that faces the majority of us is that we do not know how to tap into this massive resource inside of us. We are not aware that just letting our guard down, and inviting someone to help you in the process can draw out our purpose. And these people who help you in revealing yourself to you are termed as coaches or mentors. There are two ways to get on top of an oak tree; either you can climb it or you can sit on an acorn. Coaching and mentoring is for the former.

Whatever endeavor you are involved in; whether its traditional business, a job or a home business, a coach will help you dig within yourself to find out your purpose and then systematically break the target down into bite-sized chunks for devouring in a step-by-step manner. That’s what a coach does. The saying goes, ‘Professionals have coaches, Amateurs don’t.’ Why do you think is that? Do you think Tiger Woods doesn’t know golf? What about Michael Jordan; doesn’t he know how to play basketball? Then why do they need coaches? Because a coach keeps them on the right track all the time, especially when temptations and lethargy creeps in.

As a home business owner and coach myself, I know what it feels like to many of my fellow entrepreneurs who are struggling to find the right direction. You know where you want to go, but you don’t know exactly how to get there. All you need is that extra support to hold your hands and lift you up. And that’s exactly what a coach does. So decide now to get yourself a coach and find that ‘umph’ in the triumph that you so deserve.

Remember, “Professionals have coaches, Amateurs don’t”
